Full-Stack
Marketing Developer.
I started as a designer — now I build systems that connect code, content, search, and sales into one machine.
It Started
With Design.
I graduated as a graphic designer and moved abroad in my early twenties.
The Netherlands was home, but I wanted to see what was outside of it. Since then, I've lived and worked across France, the United States, and now Taiwan.
Throughout my career, I've mostly worked with small to medium-sized companies, usually in teams of fewer than 50 people. I actually preferred it that way. Smaller teams gave me more freedom to explore different parts of a business instead of being restricted to a single job description.
Graphic
Design
Design was
only the beginning.
Early in my career, I quickly realized that technology was changing the role of a traditional graphic designer. Websites were becoming more important. E-commerce was growing. Search engines were evolving. Digital marketing was becoming impossible to ignore.
So I started expanding my knowledge. I learned my first programming languages and moved into web development, SEO, UX, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
The goal was never to collect skills. I simply wanted to understand how things actually worked.
From pixels
to global markets.
Eventually, my career moved far beyond design. I've managed large Amazon businesses selling everything from power tools to pet products. I've worked on e-commerce, product positioning, international marketing, and marketplace optimization.
I've developed and worked on websites across 14 countries, from mobile phone accessory companies to Japanese fashion brands. I've also worked in international business development and sales, helping companies explore new markets, develop partnerships, and connect with customers internationally.
A website doesn't exist in isolation.
I Don't Call Myself
An SEO Specialist.
I've never really liked the term "SEO specialist." And don't even get me started on "SEO guru."
SEO changes constantly. Search engines change. Technology changes. User behaviour changes. AI is already changing how people discover information.
So I don't believe anyone can simply master SEO once and stay an expert forever. The only thing you can do is keep learning. Stay up to date. Test things. Question what you think you know. And be willing to admit when something no longer works.
I don't have a secret formula that Google forgot to tell everyone else about. What I have is experience.
Voskes-Int
I had spent years building experience across design, development, SEO, marketing, sales, e-commerce, and international business. I wanted to bring all of that together.
Voskes — a Dutch surname, rooted in the fox. A symbol of intelligence, adaptability, and independence.
No
BS.
I'm a little eccentric.
I prefer direct communication. Some people might call that "no bullshit." They're probably not entirely wrong. If something is bad, I'd rather say it's bad and explain why than pretend it's great because that's what someone wants to hear.
But I've also learned that it's not my job to decide whether your vision is right for your company. I can challenge it. I can question it. I can tell you where I think something won't work. But ultimately, it's your business. My job is to help turn your vision into something that actually works.
No Template
Websites.
No Cookie-
Cutter Systems.
No Unnecessary
Changes.
I'm still figuring
out where it goes next.
Technology moves too quickly for anyone to know everything. The tools change. Search engines change. AI changes how people interact with the internet. So I don't pretend to have every answer. What I do have is a broad background, a lot of curiosity, and the willingness to keep learning.
I started as a designer. Then I became interested in development. Development led me into SEO and technology. That led into marketing, e-commerce, international business, and sales. Now I'm bringing all of those experiences together.
Let's build something that works.
Tell me about your project and I'll give you an honest take on what it needs.
